Once you have set up your Home Hero profile, you will receive email alerts whenever a maintenance task is due. If you are busy, you can easily “snooze” tasks and receive another reminder whenever you choose.
For Busy Homeowners
After setting up your Home Hero profile, you will receive comprehensive reports showing all maintenance tasks that YOUR home needs and when they should be performed. Hand off the report to your favorite handyman two to four times a year to keep your house in tip-top shape.
For Building Professionals
Instead of paying for new leads, use the Home HEro tool to create a profile for each of your clients. Use the tool to create custom reports for each customer of all recurring maintenance tasks that are past due. Home Hero grew out of my experience running JP Handywoman, a local maintenance service I started to solve a problem I faced in my own home.
Even after 10 years in construction, I struggled to keep up with all the recurring maintenance tasks and schedules. So I built a tool to track everything and send reminders before something was overdue. That system became the foundation of JP Handywoman, helping neighbors keep their homes safe and well-maintained.
Home Hero expands that idea — offering free resources for homeowners everywhere and practical tools for local service providers who want to build their own recurring maintenance programs.
